Last updated: June 14, 2026JournalFlow may collect the details needed to create and protect an account, such as name, email address, authentication session data, workspace settings, and support messages.
Trade logs, screenshots, notes, setups, mistakes, account balances, reports, replay sessions, and broker import records are used to run the journal and show private workspace analytics.
When payments are enabled, checkout and subscription billing are handled through Stripe. JournalFlow does not store full card numbers.
Supported broker and exchange routes should use read-only access where available. JournalFlow is designed for importing and reviewing history, not for placing trades.
JournalFlow uses data to create accounts, authenticate sessions, store trade records, generate analytics, support imports, produce reports, power Coach context, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
JournalFlow may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, product preferences, and basic site analytics. Users can control browser cookies, but disabling essential cookies may stop account features working.
Users can contact JournalFlow to ask about account data, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
