Trading is risky. JournalFlow is not a broker, investment adviser, signal service, or trade execution platform. Users remain responsible for every trading decision.
Terms and conditions
JournalFlow helps traders review. It does not trade for them.
These terms set the launch position for JournalFlow as a trading journal, analytics, replay, import, and Coach workspace. They are written to be clear before public launch and should be reviewed before live subscriptions scale.

JournalFlow imports, stores, analyzes, and reviews trading records. It does not place orders, manage funds, guarantee performance, or promise trading outcomes.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, trials, invoices, coupons, cancellations, and billing portal access are handled through the payment provider once live billing is enabled.
User content
Users are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and legality of the trade records, screenshots, notes, uploads, and broker files they add to JournalFlow.
Acceptable use
Users must not use JournalFlow to upload unlawful content, attack the service, reverse engineer private systems, abuse broker integrations, impersonate others, or interfere with another user's workspace.
Broker imports and credentials
Where supported, users should only connect accounts with appropriate read-only or investor access. Users should never provide master trading passwords when a read-only route is available.
Availability and changes
JournalFlow may change features, pricing, integrations, supported platforms, and data processing routes as the product develops. Some integrations depend on broker APIs, third-party providers, platform approvals, or file formats.
